Just look at www.superflow.com and any other dynamometer manufacturer’s website and you will see how the Superflow is more sophisticated than their competitors. Superflow manufacturers Transmission, Engine, Auto Chassis, Motorcycle Chassis, Towing, Brake and Torque Converter dynamometers. They also manufacture several types of flow benches.
There are other motorcycle dynamometer manufactures that are more popular and claim to be the best. The primarily reason that they may be more popular is because of their simplicity. This basically means that the system is limited to certain abilities and functions. This less abilities that the dynamometer has, the less knowledge it requires to run them. These lesser functions or abilities allow less knowledge to run them, which results in less employee training, less employee knowledge and understanding required to run these more simple machines. If a person understands the design of the system that they are testing, they will also understand how the Superflow dynamometer is superior to other dynamometers. The Superflow can perform the same simple test as the other manufactures but, can also supply more test, data and information. We could have easily purchased any of the other dynamometer but we chose the Superflow because of it’s superiority in data acquisition.
