Engine Enhancement Kit
We are now offering a "Turn Key" kit for the 110 ci CVO bikes. This kit produces BIG TQ in the RPM area where you use it under normal riding conditions but, also produces a lot of HP all the way to the 6,000 RPM range.

23% gain in peak TQ / 30% gain in peak HP
Keep in mind that all dynamometers will have different readings but the before and after gains should be the same.
Notice that 2,500 RPM there is a 12 TQ increase.
3,000 - 3,500 RPM has an increase of 20+ TQ.
If you are cruising at 2,500 RPM, there is no need to gear
down to pass, just roll on the throttle.
Meanwhile, the bike continues to make HP through 6,000 RPM while the
stock bike ran out of power at 5,000 RPM. It has a 30 HP gain at 5,500 RPM
This engine kit still keeps the engine very dependable. This is due to keeping the compression relatively close to stock, utilizing a light head porting, and most importantly, having a camshaft that matches the build for maximum volumetric efficiency.
I have used our adjustable cam gear to determine the most efficient cam timing with the exhaust, induction, head porting and compression being used in the kit.
